As the tittle says, this is a contest entry for Noxx-ious 's contest. noxx-ious.deviantart.com/journ… Oh..my..freaking...GLOB this took me forever to do!There's something missing...I just know there is..but I'm so done with this I can't even x.x TAKE THE LOVE.. TAKE IT!!!
This should be large enough to be a desktop background but I'm not sure if it will work for all of them.
Okay now to explain the picture a bit *clears throat*
Bella (the pony on the right) made the Everfree Forest her home years ago since she couldn't be around any other pony due to her fur and horn. If you want to know her background then go check out her bio in my gallery. Since Fairy Ring lives in the Everfree Forest as well then I thought maybe one day they would very likely cross paths and meet. Of course Bella wouldn't want to go near Fairy Ring due to the fact that she didn't want her to touch her but Bella just isn't that lucky. Fairy Ring hadn't seen a pony around for a while nor one so bizarre as Bella and thus she proceeded to talk to her. Since Fairy Ring works around different plants which probably include poisonous mushrooms (not sure on that one) Bella found that maybe should could finally find a friend in Fairy. This piece is of the first summer night Fairy decided to take Bella to a special spot in the forest where some of her good fairy friends lived. Bella had never come across anything like this in her travels and was completely amazed. The fireflies also added a nice feel to the setting sun.
Just my theory on it though so yea.. I hope you guys like it! Now time to go lay down and die since it's 6:49am and I've worked on this piece for days x.x

This is a wonderful piece of work. I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with your art - but this image certainly makes you a name worth remembering! You have a real talent for lighting and colours. This woodland scene is an excellent demonstration of what you're capable of. I wish you all the best in the competition, and even if you don't win, you should be very proud of this piece.
