Had a random deep pokethought moment and started thinking how sad it was for any legenmdaries who were sterile... So somehow i got the image of a pregnant Firefli in my mind... and well here she is D:Related content

Indeed that is a sad thought. Why in the games do they not have a gender, I mean you should basically be able to tell what legendary is a Female/Male.
Personally I believe that even though Mewtwo is a boy in the show the Mew he was cloned from was probably a girl, they changed Mewtwo's genetic makeup so I'm sure they took out/added the genes that made him a boy.
And I've always thought of Latios as a boy while Latias is a girl.
But two Pokemon who shouldn't have been both genders in the game is Mr. Mime and Jynx who can either be boy or girl.
