Cipher has a very smooth persona, showing a refined and delicate demeanor and good manners, they could be described as someone with class. Flirty in occasions, they like to softly tease others (as long as they are adults), only to end with them giggling afterwards. Despite this, Cipher has some kind of sadistic tendency, as they love to see how the chaos develops from the spectator spot, trait that leads them to gladly offer their services to any side (good or evil) that contract them, not picking one and just helping them to go against each other. They just like to take advantage of the situation and go with anything that will benefit them.
