Another Sketch Commission by DracoDragite
Since I've been watching a lot of Marvel's What if...? and have been loving it, it got me thinking about what an episode would be like if the question where "What if Valery was the one to get Donna's powers?" since if you don't know, Donna got her superpowers after accidently swallowing a capsule containing. But since Val is a lot smarter, it would probably be more of a case of her voluntarily taking the capsule to stop some kind of threat. This design is subject to change since draco said it was a first draft since he's never done a hero costume for Val.
