Yep, Lightning Dust.
Base was a Blossomforth (yeah, hate me, but she was given to me already cut up so yeah) painted in acrylics, sealed with mod podge, and rehaired in Dollyhair Nectarine and Butterfly.

I'm quite proud with how her eyes and cutie marks turned out, they COULD be better, but practice is practice. She looks more innocent than smug though, so that's a bit off. Still, fairly happy.
