This is understandable! I faved it for Twilight's expression XD If you wanna re word it in better English, use my rewrite:
Panel 5: Why are the edges of the first and third panels larger than the second?! Why has the art style changed, why is your mane short in the next few panels, and why is the text added in paint in an ugly and unsightly font? Why do I look like a crazy cow? Why doesn't this comic make any sense?
