An incredibly late birthday/Christmas gift for !

Here we have a baby Hiryu encountering snow for the very first time! I had a lot of fun trying to replicate the look and feel of an animated movie. I eyeballed some gifs from Spirit as reference for the background Also the sowflakes are a preset brush in Clip Studio...
