This bab is paxton. And his bracelet has a rubellite gem on it. Before the season finale and all. After PDs shatterinfg some gems in her court went rogue and wanted a sort of tevenge. So they left items with gems in it that can give humans some powers like gems (strength. Speed. Fire if its a ruby etc ) but they also control them. Like in the comics.
Well paxton got his bracelet for his birthday and since then rubellite has been helping him become more popular and successful in school but is slowly gaining more control over his body. So its like steven universe meets Be more chill

Well thats the thing. The bracelet was experimental and was never perfected. So she hasnt been able to. But if she ever did then shr would basically be able to use Paxton as a living weapon whos trapped in his own body. The knly thing hed have control over is speech. And even still rubellite would be able to talk through him and cut him off.
But since they're still battling for control (Paxton is winning for the most part) they go back and forth smack talking each other and just having to deal with eachother. (Rubellite can communicate to him in his mind. So he thinks to respond to her and she talks into a mic and only paxton can hear her)
