The little bit of lore I had planned for him was that

He's a young vampire and the son of the MCSPS (monster citadel secrecy protection service) which is like the FBI that keeps the existence of monsters secret from humanity
Hes a little afraid but fascinated by humans
The choker on his neck has a pendant made of enchanted labradorite which allows him to walk in the sunlight and during daytime (he also has sunstone earrings he sometimes wears that have the same effect)
