thats fine! I decided on blue lipstick and blue eyes but cant decide on a good hair or dress color

Oooo Blue lipstick and eyes sound beautiful.
Hmm depending on the shade of blue

Dark Blue- Going with a black hair or brown would look nice.
Regular blue- Blonde I suppose? Or even amber with blonde highlights
Light Blue- Brown or blonde again.

As for the dress hmmmm a silver to blue ombre would be pretty? Or something like Elsa from frozen where it's a light color to dark?

well my brother made a recommendation and i went by what he said and this is the result    i like the hair but im unsure about the dress

Hmmm it's kinda too dark which sorta ruins the balance from her skin hair and eyes. But try going two tone? Like I've seen dresses that the breast/top area of the dress is one color and the long flowing bottom is another?

yeah  I wasn't sure about that 
i think the biggest thing  that made the colors hard to balance was the rose belt on her stomach. That just thre it off so i changed it to a ribbon and split the colors   i think that this lookz much better (maybe change the skirt color a little)

Yeah! This is looking good!
And yeah the belt and the dress colors are a bit to identical so maybe changing the dress to be lighter or darker would help uvu
