Description
After Tsuki's parents died from old age she became the Priestess of the Astraes Clan, which is ruled by the Goddess Celestras. (The woman behind her.) Tsuki's parents believed that in order to have a child ascend to the stars that they must become a priestess after the parents died, and the more years you are one the brighter your constellation, so they had her at a very old age.

  Much like Lucy uses Celestial Keys, Celestras has an item that only Tsuki can use to summon her. Unlike Celestial Spirits, though, Celestras won't show up, but instead lend the user her power. Tsuki has now unlocked way more spells than she used to know, but she is unable to perform them without Celestras's help. Tsuki is now able to perform Urano Metria (Previously only Lucy could do it) along with the other 7 planet spells, though she can only do three of them on her own, the other 5 she can only do during a unison raid.

  Tsuki can not summon Celestras all the time, and she can only come for a short amount of time. During that time Tsuki has to maintain a strong magical connection and offer her soul for the time. Celestras is very dangerous in that she possesses Tsuki during battle when called upon and it takes an insane amount of magical energy to send her back. She can be unstoppable if the balance is ever upset, and Celestras could take over Tsuki's body, or Celestras could die.

  Tsuki only uses her aid in very serious situations, though her touch has made Tsuki more powerful than before she was before, even without summoning her. Her magical item is a gemstone that when the spell is recited by only Tsuki it turns into a bow and arrow. Then the caster must shoot it into the sky, and if anyone other than Tsuki does this is can greatly arm -or even kill- kill Tsuki, since the Goddess sees this as an act of betrayal towards her if anyone other than Tsuki shoots her arrow. The arrow is unable to harm anyone but Tsuki, so it can't be used as an actual bow and arrow, but if someone stole and shot Tsuki with it, the arrow would leak a deadly poison.

Basically, it's hella dangerous and Tsuki only uses it in life-or-death situations.

I felt like everyone else has gotten a power up, so it's time I gave Tsuki one.
