This is after she befriended Catsy! Jayden had a breakdown and went to the school bathroom to not make themself look weak in front of his new sister and the principal. It didn't stay unnoticed after he changed his shirt before leaving the bathrooms, going back to Catsy. She immediately knew something was up with her brother and asked questions but only got vague answers out of Jayden so she just gave up after a while and just hugged them instead. Since it's been a long time the assassin got a hug, she was baffled and didn't really know how to react.
