Part of a series on Total Drama in the ponyverse, or more accurately, the Metaverse, the collection of universes that house ponysona's, universes with varying levels of technology and common media shared with the real world. Two of these universes are the universe GAPG ( great-and-powerful-gamer.tumbl… ) and the Twinkverse.

TD Description:
The Total Drama series is an animated fake reality show, much like in the real world, it features the same premise, same characters, almost everything is the same in the basic level. Changes to fit the ponyverse include a ban on magic beyond basic levitation (except in select challenges) and wings are allowed for regular use, but are not allowed at the drop of shame or again, specific challenges. Wingie's and horn pops substitute for some of the visual gags, and it involves magical creatures sometimes.

Character Description:
Duncan comes from a long line of cops. His dad is a cop. His mom is a cop. His uncle, aunt, grandma and cousins are cops. Like them, Duncan spends lots of time in police stations. The trouble is, Duncan feels more comfortable on the 'opposite side of the law', so his police station visits usually include a jail cell and a parole officer. Duncan's been getting into trouble since he could get his hooves on anything that wasn't his. He bounced from school to school, racking up suspensions and expulsions, and in general has been living the hard life, ignoring his talent in carving, unless involves someone's stuff-with or without their permission.

Differences from Original:
Duncan is a lot more tight with Geoff, and tries to get DJ into whaling on Harold, and is frustrated with how much of a wuss DJ is.
Duncan rags on Owen, Cody and Ezekiel as well as Harold, and is enemies with Izzy as a result.
He wakes up once with a letter from Izzy, telling him that if he messes with Big O' again, they'll never find your body. For the rest of the series he wakes up looking behind his back.
His collar is red instead of black due to his coat color, and his black hair is deep green.
The first time Chef whips him, he reflexively bucks him, earning another whip.
He has a problem with singing because "Ponyvillians sing, Canterlot snobs sing, Duncan doesn't sing. Where I come from, that's not how we roll." as ponies often sing, everypony isn't angry at the impromptu song part, but that Chris chooses the most inconvenient times to make them sing.
They find him in a tattoo parlor instead of White Chapel, due to the clues hinting to Cutie Marks.

Personal Opinion on Character:
Meh. He's a dickbag, and his relationship with Courtney is clearly fucked up and hurting both of them because of how opposite they are, but damn if I don't enjoy it. They were never stable enough to stay together, but I enjoyed how they interacted, and I sound like Chris when I say that I would like them to have stayed in their fucked up relationship for my entertainment.
