Hey, you been wondering where the Unique Style has been for the last, oh, several bajillion months? This is where! A huge project to depict the Unique Style Mane 6 in their Rainbow Power forms, with a twist; each represents an element of nature along with the element of harmony. They also all have their cutie mark in their eyes.
Honestly, I miss Rainbow Power. It was awesome. I loved it. So, we have Rainbow Power in the Unique Styleverse because I say so. The elements rock too, but I love Rainbow Power a lot. I feel like Rainbow Power was far, far too shat on by everyone when it was a beautiful thing that should have happened more often and I love it so. Shame it hasn't appeared since Tirek. I need my Rainbow Power fill, man.
Twilight Sparkle, the Element of Magic and Fire, and yes, I chose fire. I could have gone with light or darkness, but that's not what Twilight has always been associated with in canon; more than either element, of all of them besides Rainbow Dash, she has the greatest elemental theme; she's a fiery mare, and this happens often; Her mane has changed into fire twice , she has bathed in fire as a motif , she leaves scorch marks in her wake ... Fire is her element. Anyway, her mane is bathed in flames of itself, an outline of the fire within, her fetlocks flowing like fire as well, her coverts/down painted and swirled with her mane colors, her wings arched, her feathers changed, her chest fire leaving embers as well, even the feathers on her hind legs curve into fire, she really is fire.
Twilight's Rainbow Power form, by no fault of the shows, is my least favorite Rainbow Power hairstyle. I love her wings so much, but I'm sick and tired of seeing that yellow stripe on every older Twilight design in existence, when we know that her mane will not change into that, but rather a completely different waving hair when magic empowered and grown; the yellow stripe is only exclusive to her Rainbow Power design, it just gets old really quick. Sorry, Twiilight, it just doesn't work when it's done so much.
Heavily inspired by 's style, especially with the tails and stuff. But I tried to make my own thing and shit.
Rules of the style?:
Unicorns all have cloven hooves with trailing fetlocks and tails unless they're a halfbreed, in which case, they can be born with a standard tail and hooves. They can also be born with chest and tail feathers if they're part pegasus
Alicorns have both tail feathers and unicorn tails and hooves, as well as earth pony strength.
Pegasi have feathers instead of fetlocks and have feathers on their chest and shoulders instead of fur. Feathers are the color of their mane. Halfbreeds can have feathered tails or chest feathers too or even non feathered chests and/or hooves (But all pegasi (halfbreed or not) have tail feathers.)
Hooves are the color of their eyes and horseshoes match their cutie mark's main color. Cutie Markless ponies have grey horseshoes. Not silver (which contains blue) but just plain grey.
Ponies with unshorn fetlocks in canon (like Big Macintosh) keep their hoof colors from canon, but are rare exceptions to the rule.
