Long ago, before the time of nightmare moon, and the world was untamed and the everfree forest covered most of the world, a horrible tragedy unfolded, a tale of much blood, and a tale of lost hope. The story begins at the dawn of a new day, raised by Celestia slowly, as the light poured over the world, shining light on everything, chasing away the last remnants of slumber, the world awoke to what appeared to be yet another day. One pony though, had been watching the sun since the first rays of light touched the earth. She was a beautiful mare with lavender eyes dull and listless, her mane a deep forest viridian and her pelt a bright grassy green. Her eyes belied the hatred and depression behind them, the mare a shell of what she should be as a young pony. Instead of the bright face and cheery smiles her pony brethren shared, her face was cold like a stone. As she watched the sun rise, her eyes narrowed, thinking of the Alicorn who raised it. Celestia. That name haunted her every day she heard it. The goddess who ruled this world. The goddess who had forced the world under her grasp. The mare wished there was another way, another path she could take, leaving behind her the blind sheep that Celestia led. As these thoughts swirled in her head, another figure materialized behind her, at first an outline, and then a shadow, and finally a pale visage of a tall earth pony mare, the mares eyes pure red, her body slim and tall, yet for all its beauty, there was something off. “I know what you want, Three leaf.” It smiled, its sharp teeth glistening. This is a crappy story explaining the origins of sunnytown, the main setting in the wonderfully creepy game story of the blanks. Now I know its a pile of shit.. But its my pile of shit.
