Part of a series on Total Drama in the ponyverse, or more accurately, the Metaverse, the collection of universes that house ponysona's, universes with varying levels of technology and common media shared with the real world. Two of these universes are the universe GAPG ( great-and-powerful-gamer.tumbl… ) and the Twinkverse.

TD Description:
The Total Drama series is an animated fake reality show, much like in the real world, it features the same premise, same characters, almost everything is the same in the basic level. Changes to fit the ponyverse include a ban on magic beyond basic levitation (except in select challenges) and wings are allowed for regular use, but are not allowed at the drop of shame or again, specific challenges. Wingie's and horn pops substitute for some of the visual gags, and it involves magical creatures sometimes.

Character Description:
Tyler loves sports. He considers himself a pro-level player in hockey, hoofball, basketball, tennis, gold, cricket, wingball, shuffleboard, badminton, bocce ball, horseshoes, hoof wrestling and a few more he couldn't think of off hoof. Unfortunately, his many coaches have different opinions of his skill level. Tyler loves anything that involves throwing, catching, hitting, bouncing or a combo of all the above. His gym teacher consistently gives Tyler an E for effort, but always keeps the First Aid Kit handy. He thinks that Tyler has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, but that talent and coordination are not his strong points.Tyler joined Total Drama Island so he could test his "skills" in the wild challenges. He thinks of himself as a jock, but in reality, he fails at almost every sport, no matter how hard he tries. Despite this, he never gives up since he thinks he excels at athletics, although he does not. Tyler tries to prove on multiple occasions that he is a skillful contestant, but many of these attempts end in failure.

Differences from Original:
Tyler believes he's a great flyer, and that since his dads a sportscaster for the Wonderbolts, he's been dreaming of joining them since foalhood, even though he's terrible at flying and crash-lands every flight.
Despite this, he mentions that his wings are very strong, lifting up his team back onto the ice in the Yukon, he proves he can lift stuff with his wings, it's just he fails at the landing...and the steering... and the hovering... really, he's just good at lifting.
After Lindsay remembers him, he starts a victory lap around the mountain, and he crashes into the mountain, causing the avalanche.
When he arrives at the island, he jumps off the boat and flies straight into the luggage.
He's not afraid of chickens in this version (he associates with their will to fly) he's afraid of starryoak.deviantart.com/art/C… and at the end of the episode they all snuggle up to him in the Boat of Losers.
Instead of using his pants as a T-bar, he uses his wings, and he lets go due to rope-burn. When he jumps out of the water to dodge piranhas, Noah says "He's got great vertical, for somepony who can't use his wings."
When he witnesses Duncan and Gwen kiss, his wings pop open, and slides out of camera view.

Personal Opinion on Character:
He's just so adorkable, I mean, he's trying so damn hard at everything and that makes it hilarious when he fails. I love how enthusiastic he is about everything.
