Description
Just a little side project I've worked on in between commissions. :3I wanted to do some simple lines for myself that I could color easily to make some adoptables, and figured I share this with others for the very cheap price of 10
I purposely made the lines thick so they are easier to color, and can be downsized without the lineart fading away into the color.
The Download Includes:
1) A .png of the lines by themselves (in case you don't have Photoshop/or a .psd compatible program).
2) A .psd file with the following layers:
•lineart
•precolor, which makes it easier for you to color; just use the bucket tool and go from there with the brush tool.
•4 layers of different shading, including blue flat shading and the following gradient shading layers: Purple to blue, gradient purple, and gradient blue.
*Tip: For the shading layers, I suggest using the layer style "multiply." This will create a more realistic shading effect. The gradient layers are the same type of shading I use for my own artwork, especially in digital drawings; they have a cool effect.
How do I use it?
•Easy! Just hit "download" and you'll receive the files as listed above.
•Be sure to save the files to your computer.
•Open the .png and/or .psd file in an art program. Not all programs will support .psd (Photoshop supports it, as well as GIMP and a few others) files, so if you can't use the .psd, you should be able to use the .png file.
•If you are using the .psd file, select the precolored layer and use the bucket and paint tools to create your own design.
•If you are using the .png file, the magic wand tool can really help you color in the lines. Just select the area outside the lineart, and refine the edge so it is slightly inside the lines. Then select inverse, and color away on a new layer beneath the lines!
•You don't have to use the shading if you don't want to, but if you do, set the layer style to "multiply" and select the opacity level that you like best (I suggest 20%-40%). Make sure the shading is above your colored layer, and then you should have shading!
Guidelines:
•Once you purchase the download, you may use this lineart as much as you like; it's unlimited!
•You may make changes to the lineart if you choose.
•You may use this lineart to sell adoptables.
•The only rules are that you must not claim it as your own, and you must post credit to me when you use it, either in the deviation itself or the description.
Have fun! c: If you have any questions, ask them here or note me. :3

Yes, this one only has the shown tail/ear option I do, however, have a newer lineart that does have several ear and tail options:
