Oh boy,haven't made a ref in a while...i've been super slow uploading art here too owo;;;
anyways,this is actually a SUPER old character of mine,like,way back when I first started drawing again when I got injured
I absolutely loved the eeveelutions back then...sooo I made a eeveelution line of somewhat anthro girls XD
Jessie was the very first one I made...then came the others l'D
I made another eeveelution line (which is the one Mimi and Angel are in)
I redrew her about a month ago,and looked at my improvement...damn,I was shocked to look at the huge difference
I kinda felt a little bit better about my art ;w;

Anyways!
Heres Jessie! (no pun intended btw)

i'm gonna draw the others out,then after they're done,make refs of the second line...and remake Mimis old ref owo;;
