Keep in mind Prime!Rubywing appears in a story made by me and ZanaOzie which takes place in an AU with different evens and a different ending from the canon show.

Age: Less than 1 year (mentally around 4-6)
Alt-mode: F-16 Falcon Jet (Same as Starscream’s)
Alignment: None (Super loyal to Starscream)

Backstory:
Rubywing was Starscream’s second attempt on cloning himself. After his earlier group of clones failed, and turned against him, he gave it another shot, hoping to make a better clone by building it from scratch. However, the clone came online long before it was ready, resulting in a clone who’s just a mere Sparkling.
Starscream grew very fond of the little one, naming her Rubywing, and they quickly developed a tight bond with her as he came to see her as his offspring. Now Rubywing rarely leaves Starscream’s side, and is often climbing around on him, seated on his shoulder, or huddled up at her favourite spot; under his grills on the side of his head.
Starscream was not alone though, as he was getting help from a neutral bot name Anklebiter (zana ozie's character), who provided him supplies to the Harbinger. With time Rubywing grew to like her, and the two formed a very tight bond too.
Eventually, the Decepticon medic Knockout and his assistant Breakdown, as well as the Decepicon transporter Multitracker, joined them, and together they formed an odd, but tight, family, and together they had to find a way to survive the ever looming outside threats.
Personality:
• Energetic
• Very curious
• Feisty
• Cat-like
• Almost completely non-verbal, except for her noises, she only feels comfortable talking among Starscream and her very close friends.
Abilities:
• Speed
Being a seeker she always got speed on her side. As a sparkling she cannot break the sound barrier.

• Scratch
Like Starscream, she’s able to make her fingers much sharper and can leave nasty, although small, scratch marks (or use them to climb more easily).

• Electrokinesis
Rubywing got the ability to generate and discharge electricity from her body. As a Sparkling her shocks doesn’t cause much harm to large Transformers.
• Arm cannons
Like Starscream she too can transform her arms into cannons. However, she’s not skilled at all in using them, nor are they very powerful.

• Her uncle Knockout and Breakdown, and friend Multitracker (who later becomes a guardian figure as Starscream and Multitracker becomes partners)

Misc:
• She’s autistic.
• Being a clone, she and Starscream share memories and can feel each other’s pain and emotions. However, the older she grows the more this bond fades until they can only sense each other's sparks (similar to twin sparks).
• She's a baby but at the same time she has the experience from Starscream due to shared memories from cloning. This does not mean she's as skilled as him, far from it, but she has a lot of knowledge and understanding of certain things thanks to these shared memories.
• There is an AU of the story where it continues into Transformers: Robots in Disguise 2015, she has a different design then which can be found here!
