Itty bitty Starscream recolour coming your way. Alright so, this is G1 Rubywing from the "B" timeline which follows the canon show and 1986 movie, in difference from "A" where Starscream lives and rules over Cybertron ans Rubywing is only created after he has become the ruler. Backstory:
Rubywing was created by Starscream using the cloning machine the Decepticons had earlier used to create a Optimus Prime clone and another Starscream clone. In difference from the others, Starscream experimented some with the process, and ended up with a sparkling clone of himself. It was unexpected, but frankly Starscream did not care and decided to introduce her to the Decepticons. Most of them though she'd only be in the way and another mouth to feed, but with time most of the Decepticons grew to like her, or at least tolerate her.

Rubywing grew the closest to Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, and Ravage, as well as joining forces with Frenzy and Rumble whenever they got up to some shenanigans. The older she grew the more mischievous she became, often willing to pull a prank on someone's behalf for her own amusement, or teasing her fellow team mates for fun. Her small size and speed made it hard for the much bigger Decepticons to catch her, causing her to grow very cocky as she realized she could just jet away from them if they decided to retaliate.

When it came to her flock, and Ravage, she was much sweeter. During her early days Ravage grew oddly protective over her, and was often left to watch over her when the rest went out on missions. As for Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker, all three of them really liked the little one and she quickly became a part of their group. They taught her all she needed to know about being a Seeker, and she saw all three as family.

Of course she was the closest to Starscream often sitting on his shoulder and agreeing with everything he said and did, acting like a manifestation of his inner ego-boosting voice. Starscream was also the only one Rubywng would truly obey, while others often had to struggle to make her do as she was told.

Many years later, once an adult and strong enough, she participated in the Decepticon attack against Autobot City. The battle ended with many Autobots as well as Decepticons dead, including Skywarp and Thundercracker. The loss of the two hurt Rubywing a lot, but she was also ready for Starscream to step up and claim the crown of Cybertron, ready to act as his second in command once he was in power. She was present during Starscream's coronation and expected it to be one of the greatest days the two Seekers had ever had, but instead her world was turned up-side down as Megatron, now reformed as Galvatron crashed the party and killed Starscream on the spot.

Rubywing quickly fled the scene, hiding away until she was certain the coast was clear. She returned to the chamber, only to find the metallic ashes of Starscream and his crushed crown on the floor. Struck with grief, she collected a shard of the red crystals that once adored the crown, and fled into the depths of Cybertron. Scared and mourning, Rubywing lived in solitude and hiding, terrified the Decepticons who had betrayed her would find and kill her too. She took each day one at the time, living on scraps and opportunities until she could find the means to leave the planet...

Rubywing got the ability to generate and discharge electricity from her body. The power of her shock is determined by the size of her foe; if she shocks someone of her own size or smaller it will hurt for sure and could even stun them, but chocking a fully grown/average-sized Cybertronian only hurts a little.
