This is Sephiros' character, Farqwen.
Description:
Farqwen is the most like his evil father in personality…but he secretly loves contact just as much as the rest of his siblings. He has a tendency to be cocky and ‘snarky’. Of all the brothers he’s probably the one who has willingly slept around the most. Sometimes he will be cruel without thinking…and has the worst temper of the four. Prideful to a fault, he keeps his insecurities hidden away.
