And? This was based on Twilight jumping around the table shouting "Yes!" from Cutie Mark Chronicles.

With your permission, could I turn this into a MLP friendly base? You will be credited for the original and it will be linked back to and all.

Sorry for taking so long to respond, stuff IRL has kept me from DA and ponies
There are 2 ways:
1) download the image file and draw on it with a program like Photoshop, GIMP, or Microsoft paint. The fill bucket doesn't really agree with the lines in MS Paint so making that look right could take some work. GIMP and Photoshop can do them properly since you can select areas of similar color instead of just single ones. (The borders of colors is faded when you make an image from a vector so the lines look nicer, I don't think there is a way to not do that)
2) Get a vector editing program like Inkscape (what I used to make this) or Adobe Illustrator and work from the svg file. This allows you to edit the original vector file and thus flawlessly make any color changes you want and let you save the final image at any resolution you want. Vectoring can take a bit of time to learn to do but, in my opinion, it looks a lot better (normally) than when the first way is used.
TL DR:
1) Mess around with MS Paint, but be warned, Paint is...special...(there is a reason why professionals don't use it)
2) Learn to use a vector program like Inkscape and download the svg file.
