This is Tails and the giant T-pup he builds at the end of the "Tails Adventure" game, during the closing credits. It ends up blowing up in his face, colouring the little fox in soot.
I loved that cute little scene! And if we ever need to replace the Tails Doll(heaven forbid), or perhaps fight him...we have giant T-Pup. He certainly kicks butt in the game!
