No, I live in the South, actually, there won't be snow for a couple of years. It only snows every five or ten years. Now that's a long time if you ask me. But then I live in New Orleans Louisiana.

I luffles this!!!!!!! The soft colouring is just so pretty!!! and I luffles our outfits (especially my coat! When I first saw this I said "I want that coooat!")

you were able to do that with corel?! how many layers did you use? because, my god, i've been practicing with layers, for lack of -as you said- proper tutorials, and have yet been able to find a good way of making it look... well, nice.

A few tutorials I've looked through told me to use one layer but I'm so used to Photoshop that I went "SCREW IT I'm gonna do this MY way >_>"
Sooo... I tried out all those brushes before deciding which one I like the most for this particular pic and.... Oh, and I basically used different layer for each color. Some parts like the BG were done in PS tho.
