Nice artwork, but I disagree with this being how One Punch Woman would look like.
1) I don't think she'd be wearing "female armor" for her hero outfit. Her outfit would probably be the same as the male Saitama.
2) She'd probably have hair, but it would be something that the majority of straight men and gay women would find unattractive. It's also likely that the boobs and butt might be unattractive looking too.
Remember One Punch Man is supposed to be an unappealing super hero in appearance. He's not supposed to be seen as good looking or having an awesome super hero costume. The same would be true for a One Punch Woman.

I think you're wrong about her having an unattractive body-type too. Usually Saitama is drawn in a really average-looking way, but whenever he gets serious, and he gets that muscle definition and serious face. WHOO NELLY he gets HOT AF. A gal Saitama would be the same way, just... with a fair bit more muscle definition than what's drawn here.
