I'm liking the androgenous Chica. You have come up with some very charming designs, with a lot of detail such as the handprints on Freddy's face and the damage on Foxy's body. 
The only thing I can think of for you to improve on is that the eyes look a little vacant. Of course, this may be style or deliberate, as they are animatronics, but I can't really get along with it. Perhaps you could make the pupils a little larger? It's just a suggestion.
Apart from that little thing, it's a great piece with an eye-catching choice of colour that I love.
