Rebellious: Shinypaw tends not to care much about orders that are given to her, especially if she cannot understand the reasoning behind it. Actually, if given an order that she does not see the reason behind it, or if she doesn't care about the reason, Shinypaw will do exactly the opposite of what was said just to have a bit of fun and to be obnoxious
         “What, orders? They’re more of suggestions than anything else. I don’t have to follow them unless I want to.” -- Shinypaw
Playful: To Shinypaw, life is just one big game. This usually accounts to her challenging friends to see who can get up to the top of the wall first or by playing practical jokes. If something seems like it would be fun, Shinypaw will probably do it even if there is a high likelihood of getting hurt or if other cats have explicitly told her not to.
         “Race ya to that tree, last one there has to stand on their head for a minute!” --Shinypaw challenging her siblings to a race
Hyper: Shinypaw hasn’t outgrown the boundless energy from her kit months. She can’t sit still, even if her life depended on it and is always running around, or jumping about, always on the move. Even when she is sitting down, one part of her body is moving, usually her tail as it swishes back and forth, though getting her to stay in one place is a challenge. Her attention span is about five seconds on good days and even less if there is something shiny around.
         “Hi! How are you do- Wait, what’s that over there? It looks shiny!” --normal conversation with Shinypaw
Short-Sighted: Ever since she was little, Shinypaw never took time to contemplate what affects her action would have in the long run. The only thing she is interested in is the immediate future. The future is such a long way away that she can’t comprehend what she does right now to affect something that far away. (A long time away means about a week in Shinypaw’s case.)
            “I wasn’t trying to hurt you, I just wanted to have some fun.” --Shinypaw
Obsessive: While most cats can just simply ‘like’ something, Shinypaw can’t do that. She has to be totally infatuated with it, and the thing she is obsessed with can be anything. Right now she is obsessed with two things, anything shiny (she calls them ‘shinies’), and her two other siblings. Everything else is second to those two important aspects of her life.
            “Shiny, shiny, shiny, SHINY!!!!” -- Thoughts of Shinypaw
Protective: The one sure way to get Shinypaw mad is to try and harm something of Shinypaw’s. She will go to great lengths to protect what is hers, defending it both verbally and physically.
No one is exempt from her rage when something of hers is threatened, not even her friends. If Shinypaw sees something has hers, she will not let anything happen to it, absolutely nothing.
            “Get back or I’ll bite you. That’s MINE!” -- Shinypaw defending a practically shiny rock.
Kleptomaniac: If there is something shiny laying around, sooner or later Shinypaw will pick it up, even if it belongs to someone else. She just can't stop herself. She has a physical need to have anything that is shiny. There are only a few things that can stop her from taking something shiny, her father telling her not to (and then she still might take it later when he isn’t looking), or her mother.
            “Oh look, a shiny, you need to have that” -- That little voice inside Shinypaw’s head
Spontaneous: If an idea pops into Shinypaw’s head, there is a high chance that she will immediately do it, regardless of what she is doing at the time. Her mind is like a butterfly, flittering from one flower to the next, not really knowing where she will go after the current one. She also hates things that have been planned out, and will try to go against what the plan is so that everything doesn’t go according to plan.
            “Guys, I just got the best idea, what if we all tackled Cloud-dancer?” --Shinypaw talking to her siblings.

Wraith cleared a cluster of prehistoric trees, and was met with one of the oddest sights he had seen, and that was saying something given that he was an Epic. A man with a kilt and a discarded unicycle by him in a Darth Vader mask playing the bagpipes that were belching fire leading a pack of dinosaurs attacking a man that was covered in mist. Behind the misty guy, two girls in collars stood by watching the whole spectacle. One looked like she would have been anywhere else but here, and the other was watching with feverish admiration. Who in Calamity are these people, and why are they attacking each other? Wraith thought, bewildered. I haven’t seen either one of them in my life, but one of them must be in Funtimes’ alliance because there here, but who? He looked at both of them, sizing them up, trying to see which one would be in an alliance with Dr. Funtimes.
The bagpiper was the most likely candidate, with him being the oddest of the two. That the dinosaur was on his side said that he was most likely to be in an alliance with the sparkly hippy doctor. The black misty guy didn’t seem like one who would tolerate Funtimes, so that ruled him out. Making up his mind to help the bagpiper, Wraith mentally let out a war cry and threw his smoke body at the misty guy’s head in hopes of impairing his vision.
