But think about it, that spell sounds so remarkably close to another of a completely different effect. Therefore it stands to reason that some wizard way back when made this spell knowing that the only time it would be used would be by accident of an inexperienced wizard, no? Therein someone deliberately made this spell so that school girls panties would fly off- or I could just be over analyzing
