It was a pack of rainbow coloured ones, the yellow orange and red ones sucked, but the blue,green and purple colours were awesome xD
They had like..a dye inside them or something along with fluid, they werent proper candles

I just shaded and went to filter > noise and used monochromatic noise.I just wanted to mess around and i really like the result ^^
