Beautiful.
A masterpiece of minimalizm.
I love the idea, the colors, and the execution.
If you have a modifier key for the label movement I would put instructions to do so in a tooltip. I know most people hate themes that change their desktop BG but I don't really consider one complete without it's own BG.
Sorry... I'm really bad at giving critique because I think... "you're one to talk LS themer wanna be."
All I can really say is that I know a good theme and a themer with promise when I see one.
