Looks cool, but, due to the colour scheme, it also kind of looks like a burly Nidoqueen or a Nidoking posing as a 'queen.
I have always liked Nidoking and Lapras. I still have yet to train a Lapras, but in Pokémon Y I finally trained a Nidoking.
But back when I was playing Pokémon Stadium 1 and 2, the two of them were always annoying for me to fight. Lapras with its high hp and strong STAB attacks - Surfs and Ice Beams galore. And Nidoking with its seemingly ever serendipitous super effective moves and the always devastating Earthquake attack.
Water/Ground typing seems about right. I could just imagine this guy Surfing right at my pokémon on top of the shockwaves from an Earthquake.
Come to think about it, a Poison/Ice type pokémon sounds like it could be interesting. Although, I am not even sure what that would even look like.

Nintendo needs to get on this. I demand more Poison/Ice type pokemon stat!!
But in all seriousness, if the colour scheme is the only problem here, maybe next time I can tweak it so it looks a little bit more purple, blue-ish?
I like the way that Lapras' head somewhat suits the body, but I can understand what you mean with the whole colour scheme situation.
