I'm speechless. Really, I am. The color palette, which you limited to black, white, grey, and red, looks so fantastic in its simplicity. Also, her pose and facial expression is so accurate (although I've never seen a dead person, I watch a lot of TV

In short, it's tedious work in photoshop. The hardest part was making the blood look good vs. the rest of the scenery. And I think seeing dead people on tv = anyone being a pro at spotting dead people

Tell me you didn't do this with the polygonal lasso tool. Acutally, please just tell me you didn't do this in photoshop.
If either is the case, we need to get you a copy of Illustrator and watch you rock it.

The theme, isn't exactly what you described.... visually yes it's a girl in a bathroom with blood... but I think you might've missed the fact that this is part of a series, of death, destruction, and the human condition. Regardless of that, thanks for the comment.

Indeed. I think I may have jumped to conclusions given the oversaturation of the subject matter on the site - making it a bit easy to miss your theme. Either way... your talent for creating visually pleasing art was never in question.

Man that's heavy...it kinda works like a moving video shot zooming in...it seems to lack a dark and piercing soundtrack haha as if you know it is a video...I dunno haha.

I'm a sucker for blood, gore, violence, murder mysteries and detective stories. So this immediately attracted me. I love the pop art style of it, and the positioning makes it look exactly as if it were from a dark B-movie. It also has my fave colour scheme, red, white and black. It's simple, but it's a gem and well-deserved of Daily Deviation. A definite

Nice. Very stark contrasts, and the blood shows up beautifully. It reminds me a little of Sin City, and of course, the unforgettable Psycho shower scene.

a lovely construction of just three O.O red, black and white. just awesome and wicked twisted. i also like how you drew her from afar first before zooming up to her face, the blood and the drain. the monotony of the tiles add vivid contrast to the pooling blood. *thumbs up* you rock my socks.
