Yes i guess. If she was another version, she would have been further of its meaning of an OC from original show, depending on how she would have been built .

She's more of an original character, because she wasn't mutated from a human, and she's actually thicker in terms of weight, and also taller than the actual Mona Lisa one shot character from the one episode Raphael Meets His Match.
She's also older than the character appears to be in the TV Show.
