I draw them with the pencil tool in photoshop, then I animate them. It just takes practice to get better! There's an animation tutorial in my gallery if you want to know how to animate tho

That is because I took life drawing classes, I studied from nude models. It's not just because I'm a pixel artist xD You can practice from poses in real life or online
