They're Moogles from the Final Fantasy series of video games. The one on the left is from the 9th Final Fantasy game, the one on the right is from the 11th.
Moogles = Winsauce.
Moogles also appear in the "Mana" series of games, or at least in Secret of Mana from waaay back when.
