Description
This is 1/3 gelplate paintings of middle eastern mosque like architectural buildings. Tried a yellow paper and then I had a ghost so I painted it over it again and then gave it a blue background. Last one is a sort of a purple wash. I wasn't sure anything would come of it but it turned out better than I had hoped.
I used some water soluble block printing paints/inks with these. They have a watercolour like quality or maybe like gouache like since they can be very opaque and painterly if not diluted. Also this paint/ink can be reactivated when dry and don't really set the way ink does, for example.
