It's been probably since you stopped updating on smackjeeves since I commented, but since I recently reread this whole story I thought I might post a little bit, or maybe post more often who knows?
First poor Midna, possibly infected though definitely dead.
Second good to see Stuart is still acting like a big doof, ignoring all the genre savviness he complains about in his surroundings .
Third I wonder how different the pre-time travel doom was compared to this? From what I gathered Stuart originally got his powers from the organization in that version
Forth and most importantly, how do manifest differ from characters whom were separated from there stories? I suspect the differences might simply be the manner in which they were introduced to the 'real world' and powers obtained.
Sorry for the long post, I kinda delayed on posting until I refreshed my memory on some of the details in older chapters.

sorry smack jeeves was giving me lots of issues with uploading my files so i stopped. Yeah poor Midna... doing that hurt me. I didnt wanna do the entire background story all at once so you will find out much more about the other version of stuart event eventuraly. to answer your question about the manifest is mostly the manifest have the ability to manipulate a story they are in no matter what story. mostly they just use that power to make minions who if left alone can grow to become stronger manifests themself.

Well, never before have I seen Garnet, Han Solo, and The Punisher duke it out with Resident Evil-esk zombies, including bazooka-giant zombie here. lol
