Lara was escorted into an office with an interrogation room connected. She walked past two strangely dressed women who seemed to be wearing hospital scrubs. Who were they? Were they doctors? If they were here to observe the interrogation, why were they wearing scrubs?

They looked bored as if they'd been waiting a long time, neither made eye contact. Maybe this has nothing to do with this Lara thought. The guard swung the door open and the Commissioner was waiting for her with a clipboard and pen resting on the desk.
The guard uncuffed Lara's hands and pulled out a chair. "Sit here Croft." Lara complied and allowed the guard to cuff her wrists to the table before leaving and closing the door.

The Commissioner looked up "we've heard back from the UN mission to the Island, I'm afraid this will not be good news..."
