The house is a tadge - foreign, if that is meant to be based in the UK, in the ripper context I assume it is. French gothic or a US revival of it more-like. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a house that size and of that style in the UK. The style more appropriate for a very large house on a country estate, three or four times the size - see Waddesdon manor as an example but for a large-ish British house, ecclesiastical gothic or a classical styled building would be more suitable.
I appreciate the hard work that has gone into the scene however.

I was more going for theatrics than historical accuracy and I just liked how this building (referenced from an eastern European estate) had a big bold shape as the centerpiece rather than distributing the shapes evenly across the whole building as you see if many other examples.

I understand entirely but being a proponent of history I find that any deviation from truth takes the viewer's narrative away from the reality of the thing. We have so many perceptions formed from incorrectly visualised films (eg. U-571), books with historical inaccuracies (the English Patient) and cultural bias (the US won the war) - that I feel that any portrayal should be pushed gently back toward reality.
However, I appreciate that suspension of reality is required in order to appreciate fantastical art but my senses were jarred back to reality by the incorrect setting implied by the continental house. My first feeling was "what is Jack the ripper doing in France?". The building transports the scene directly there just as the Eiffel tower would. That roof!
I am being very critical, the only reason is that your scenes generally capture the reality of a period very well indeed. This one is imperfect.
A change to the title perhaps, "Jack returns to his holiday hotel on the Cote d'Azur".
