Lived in the 18th Century

He was a normal Sailor on a Ship on the Sea. Not sure if Pirate or a normal one.
But they where got attacked and he fall into the deep water. He though that this is his end now but no, he was breathing, underwater.
And then it happends, he ´mutated´somehow and now he´s like a Ocean god.
He can control the water, make it hot or freeze it and more.
He can control all Sea Creatures.
His Tail is a kinda a Shark tail, normal back fin but tailend is different.
Hes still able to breath normal and can go normal on land without the fear that hes dying without water.
He got shy after that happend but he tries not to be shy.
