THANK YOU! I found it a little difficult to do considering his normal maps caused the low polys to flip crazy. Position a light wrong and he looks like legos..

Generally though, SFM seems to be amazing with creating light.
Would you confirm that?

Yes I would. That's why i prefer SFM to any other posing program. I'm not an expert but you should see others work. Truly amazing.

Well posing the characters should be the easiest. Specially with how most models are being made. They have a armature that you can actually work with. However animating is a completely different thing. I'm still not even sure how to. The first thing I'd take a look at is valves actual tutorial, I got a simple idea out of that.

I tried, trust me.
And .. I think maybe it's because I am used to xna + blender, that I just plain out suck with source film maker... !!
However, I adore those that can do it and how the light settings are. It's amazing. Seriously.

In my honest opinion its the best posing program around. Allows you to animate everything. I'd suggest learning about it.
