Yeah, he's not a very nice guy, haha... I don't know if there's a single universally accepted canon for UF Gaster (though I might be able to link you a couple fics that are actually pretty good). But uh, in general, he tends to hate humans a heck of a lot, and while he won't usually kill one just for existing, he wouldn't hesitate to murder them if they got in his way or turned out to be useless to him. Like, he's all about dat soul magic and basically no experiment is off limits, no matter how painful or horrific it might be. D:
The thing I like about him though is that in a lot of these fics he kind of treats everyone and everything like an experiment. He's all about being in control, and is insanely curious about anything he's unfamiliar with while also being utterly uncaring about who he hurts in the process of discovery. He's really emotionally detached, but can feign warmth and basically be this ridiculously suave gentleman who will charm your freaking socks off to lull you into a false sense of security, making you more susceptible to his manipulations so he can take whatever it is he wants from you more easily (it's really fucked up and I'm a bit embarrassed that I like it so much but I can't help myself, hahaha). In some versions he also has a bit of a, uh, predatory side too, I guess? where he like really enjoys others' suffering and will straight-up slaughter people just for the rush. Yikes~
Anyway I'm sorry for rambling! But yeah I love Gaster too, no matter the incarnation

I'm just sorry that it takes time for me to reply...I'm generally slow and well...since I've got an animation assignment, and lot in my personal life going on (nothing horrid...I just am slow of achieving my goals and lazy starting them in first place XD) it's harder to manage my time TT_TT
I really enjoy replying to you also to helps or to compliment you because you're so talented and deserve recognition
Well I have nothing against that sort of guys (in real life I would disapprove of them XD ) but in fiction they are kinda cool (and I look them us hehe XD) and interesting characters to give more drama and feeling in the story ! (mixed: positive and negative XD)
Gaster sounds really sinister ! Yeeep O_O better to avoid this guy I guess...or the reader might be unfortunate enough to be experimented on (the flirting part is nice...but not the experimenting !! XD)

Im the same way when night comes along! I try to sleep but all i can think is, 'you should get up and sketch that idea you have before you forget.' Next thing i know its 6 in the morning, sitting in front of my laptop drawing.. =_=
But hey, it all works out right? Esspecially when you start drawing a terrifying Gaster. I freaking love his hands (dem nails) and that creepy grin!! @_@ and the colors, it makes him look more ominous! : D
Oh, and i cut myself pretty bad on his edgyness. Had to go to the hospital to get stitches. Soooo, heres the hospital bill. Good luck! ; P
