MMPR season 1 (based on Kyoryuu Sentai Zyuranger) was 60 episodes. Red Ranger had Green Ranger's armour in 3 iirc.

Well, originally it was 40, but MMPR was such a huge success that they commissioned another 25 Zyuranger episodes so they could keep it going, and there was a little bit from the original Zyuranger run of 50 that they hadn't used yet.
Season 1 of MMPR is everything before Lord Zedd arrives, which is 60 episodes.
