The fourth Chang and Lucy Loud fan art to have just finished out of good idea, not even my Loud House OC is immune to the spooky Loud girl as he also ends up getting easily spooked whenever encountering her, not just like her family, but all other people as well (even I myself in real life have that kind of flaw of getting easily jump-scared).
