I cant "made" the flitter's ftiend (cloud... i dont know) hair style! How u make it?

Cloud Chaser involved a lot of work and adding plugs to get the hairstyle looking show-accurate. First I made one row across her forehead with snowflake and daiquiri ice hair blended together. (to get the right color) Then above that, I made another row with just snowflake hair to get that blue to look like it's underneath the white hair. After making her bangs, I continued adding horizontal rows until a little bit before the end of the ears. I made the rows 6 plugs across, 2 blue, 2 white, 2 blue, to make it look closer to Cloud Chaser's fluffy hair part. After that, the rest of the hair I followed the original 2 rows and split it evenly between blue and white hair. When all the hair was in, I dipped it in boiling water, tied some hairbands around her to get everything in the correct place, then let her dry under a hot lamp.
