Description
Hi there -This is Machine. His helmet pot is filled with marmalade, I'm pretty sure. He likes cake, too, if he could just get it in the helm.
More Machine Here: [link]
Enjoy.

Hey thanks!
Yeah, I think you can say "propagandic".
It's so good, it's almost an insult.

Sweet! Thanks for the comment and looking at my stuff. Yeah, I feel like I'm starting to figure out how I use texture now... Always experimenting, but I think it makes my work look more mature.
Take care,

yeah I used to experimentate a whole deal sometime ago (abit too busy nowadays but it'll come back). I even had to retrace my steps and figure out how the hell I had colored an older piece(because I was doing several varied techniques at the time). developed several strange ways of using texture and such. (still along way to go on every front).
and I am curious as to how you use yours now?
have a good one//

My technique is very, very simple.
I create my art in Freehand MX, and pull it into Photoshop.
I then drop my texture on top of everything, and set it to "hard light" at about 35% opacity.
Sometimes I'll put another adjustment layer on top of everything else, set to "desaturate". (As I like more natural colors.)
All done.
Cool thing is that its starting to bring some more consistancy to my work.
