Description
When I painted the Sentinel for the Batlletech card game (Wizards of the Coast, 1996), I was originally unsure of the background I'd done - It was awfully arty, and I wasn't sure it would fit with the rest of the cards. So I did a version with a more conventional (but kind of dull) background. In the end they went with my original version... but here's the alt version, never before shown publicly!Related content

"Arty"... nah. It looks great. The wall and flooring really make the Sentinel 'pop'.
Besides, the background makes me think of the old CityTech setting. Did I get my head handed to me time after time in urban battles...
