Oh, god, the '90s!  Mercedes designed this I believe...original had outriggers that deployed at low speed and acted as "training wheels" during high speed cornering.  I remember first seeing it on Beyond 2000 back in the day...you've hit me right in my youth!

First of all, let me just say that your illustration work in the Shadowrun books was top notch. It really helped set the mood and style for my games.
