A clear sunny day reveals Colfax the SP C-8 on a freight run on the Dimsburg Mountain line, heading to Hamington. Along the way he will be dropping off the first boxcar off in the mountains for Ryan Stephenson's mountain adventure. Don't ask. Anyways, the 2-8-0 is making good time and when he reaches the mountains, he'll put his snowplow to good use. Engines that normally plow the track in the Dimsburg Mountains like him always have their snowplows on so they don't risk getting stuck in the snow for a long time. Colfax likes traveling through the snowy mountains. It makes him feel like he's on the Donner Pass line.
