I mean, that if you want to make the icon default for evrything. For example just a folder, and you change one, and you make all folders have that icon. You see?

It is just an .ico file. Right click on the icon of the folder, short cut, or file that you want to change and select customize (I forget what it says for XP) and chose the icon file that you want to displayed instead.

Ok, but I've got XP and I did not understand a single bit, so please a little bit more detailed, or maybe a 1,2,3...etc. step, if you know what i mean. Cause this is tottally new for me.

Do you mean, you want to replace the icon of a program in a program or something?
